Healing Emotional Dysregulation

Manage Intense Emotions So They Don't Control You

A 90-Minute Zoom Webinar with Anna Runkle

You may have been told you just need to grieve feel your feelings more in order to heal emotional pain. It's true that your emotions are important, but if you grew up with abuse and neglect, this cookie-cutter advice to feel more may be terrible advice.

‚Äč‚ÄčEarly trauma can injure your nervous system's ability process negative emotions. That's why, for¬† people with CPTSD, strong emotions can tend to dominate your relationships and your life. You may lash out too hard, freak out too frequently,¬†and suffer life's disappointments to the point you can barely function.¬†More¬†emotions aren't the answer.

In this 90-minute webinar I teach you about emotional dysregulation -- how it happens, how to recognize it, and strategies for self-regulation, so you can feel and express a full range of emotions, at the right time, in healthy ways.

Price: $45

Early trauma can cause nervous system changes that amplify your emotions -- making you panic, go numb, run away or lash out at exactly the wrong time

Stop damaging relationships with intense reactions that seem to come out of nowhere

Learn how abuse and neglect in childhood can damage your perception, making it hard to guage when your reaction is too strong.

Learn to calm triggers, stay real, and slow your urge to do or say things you'll regret

When strong emotions rise, you need a plan of action to PAUSE your interaction so you can get re-regulated, BEFORE any damage is done.

Determine clear next steps to start changing your life.

Watch Anna answer questions from webinar participants to gain clarity on your particular goals and obstacles.
