An almost universal problem for people who grew up with neglect and abuse is difficulty feeling connected to other people. We often struggle to form close friendships or loving and stable romantic partnerships. In groups -- no matter how friendly the other members are, we often feel like we don't belong. What causes this? And what can you do to heal?
In this webinar, Crappy Childhood Fairy Coach Frida Engman teaches you why connection can feel so difficult for people who were neglected in childhood -- what the signs are that trauma may play a role in your social connections, and what you can do to feel more ease and confidence within groups.
