Neglect, abuse and other traumas in childhood leave many of us with a well of anger within, as well as a tendency to grow emotionally dysregulated under stress. This can take the form of numbness, strong anxiety or bursts of anger that seem to come from nowhere -- and that cause terrible damage to your relationships, health, and even your ability to advance in your career.
In this webinar, I'll teach you common signs of dysregulation, as well as the triggers that "flip the switch" on your emotions, and how you can avoid or calm them. I'll show you strategies to arrest emotional dysregulation on the spot, helping you navigate strong feelings without pushing away the people you love.
