Set Goals That Stick

A 90-Min Zoom Webinar

with Frida Engman

Sat Jan 3, 10:30 AM–12 PM Pacific Time

All registrants also receive a link to the recording after the webinar

People who grew up with trauma often struggle to stay focused long enough to follow through on the changes they want to make. Stress and dysregulation can cause you to freeze, lose momentum, or abandon your plans — even when they matter deeply. Why does this happen? And what can you do to change it?

In this webinar, Crappy Childhood Fairy Coach Frida Engman teaches you why goal-setting is especially challenging for people with trauma — what the signs are that dysregulation is disrupting your ability to plan, and simple, practical steps to help your goals actually stick.
