Define the life you could be living if you were free of trauma-driven habits

Name the experiences that left you afraid that it wasn't safe become all that you are meant to be

Spot the ways you're still playing small in your life -- at work, in relationships, in what you are creating and in your sense of purpose.

Bring a paper and pen!  This live workshop will be recorded, but you'll want to take notes so you can fully participate in the exercises.

Meet Anna Runkle

Anna Runkle leads a movement to help people worldwide to heal trauma symptoms and change their lives -- whether or not they have access to professional help.
