"Playing small" is a protective measure -- usually unconscious -- where we avoid speaking up for ourselves, taking risks, or reaching for what we really want in life -- hoping this will keep us "safe" from criticism and failure. It's common for people who grew up with trauma, especially in families where succeeding and being visible could get you "knocked down a peg." It may have been an effective survival mechanism in childhood, but in adulthood, playing small can drain your life of all the good things you deserve.

In this webinar, you'll learn practical steps to spot the ways you've been playing small, and how you can give yourself the comfort, rest time and safety you need to expand your life once again,

Discover the reasons you hide your real self and avoid what you really want.

Identify what happened in your past that made you afraid to express yourself and be visible - and how you're still "keeping a low profile" as a result.

I'll teach you practical ways to break free of the fear and shame that keep your life small.

You'll learn gentle series of actions to pace yourself and hold your boundaries, freeing you to be confident, free and fulfilled in all you do.

Q&A time with me
