Breaking Out of Isolation:
Practical Steps to Reconnect and Come Alive
A 90-Min Pre-Recorded Zoom Webinar with Anna Runkle
One of the most common effects of growing up with trauma is a feeling of disconnection from other people. There are many reasons why this happens, involving your family of origin, the wounds from past experiences and your own tendency to get dysregulated in social situations. Without realizing it, many of us try to maintain our equilibrium by isolating from other people, and this can make our discomfort -- and our loneliness -- even worse.
In this webinar, I'll present common ways that trauma can exacerbate your own tendency toward isolation. You'll learn practical, day-to-day steps you can take to gently break free and begin making changes so you can flourish, enjoy friendships and be happy.
