For Healing Trauma, Venting Your Rage is Overrated
If you had childhood trauma, and you’ve sought help for the problems it’s caused you in your life, you may have been told that you needed to get in touch with your ANGER to heal. If you've been suppressing your rage, venting anger can feel great... at first. But for many people with Childhood PTSD, getting pushed to go deeper into anger can be a dangerous assumption. In this video I teach why anger feels like medicine in the moment, but can turn quickly into poison for your life.
