Managing Your
Trauma Symptoms
at Work

with Anna Runkle

Practical tools. Compassionate support.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.

People who were traumatized as kids have tremendous potential for success on the job. But common symptoms can hold you back.

Identify common signs that past trauma is impacting your work.

People with CPTSD often struggle to stay focused and emotionally regulated throughout the day, and may unconsciously gravitate to careers that are low-conflict, low-pressure -- sacrificing fulfillment and the full use of their gifts.

Learn practical strategies to calm symptoms and let your talents shine.

I teach techniques and principles that allow you to successfully handle conflicts, disappointments and challenges that you once avoided, so you can create a career that brings you fulfillment, appropriate compensation and the level of advancement that suits you.

Determine clear next steps to start changing your life.

Hear my answers to questions from webinar participants and gain clarity on your particular work situations, and how you can apply Crappy Childhood Fairy methods to release yourself of trauma-driven limitations.
