CPTSD: Recover Your Vision of The Life You Want

A 90-Min Pre-Recorded Zoom Webinar with Anna Runkle

Growing up with neglect or abuse can leave you with a blank space where your ability to imagine what you really want in life was supposed to develop. Some signs of this include feeling "no good" when relationships don't work out, or giving up when  opportunities to grow professionally present themselves. Yet when someone asks you what you want in your life, you struggle to name it. The good things may sound too good to be true, and so you stay vague, and "play small" in your life.

In this webinar I teach you a method to first name the good things you want and need in your life, and then a step-by-step process to get there. Bring paper and pen so you can write notes!

Many people with CPTSD want a better life but  can't really "see" it, or feel ashamed to even try.

Identify the reasons you aim low, and the wounds that have stopped you in the past.

I'll show you why big goals and brave actions are triggering for people with trauma, and some common trauma-driven beliefs that pressure you to "disown" your own needs and goals.

Learn a step-by-step process to name what you really want, and reach for it without fear.

I'll walk you through a simple exercise to recover your capacity to imagine your future happiness. Then I'll show you a gentle system for making continuous progress toward the elements of your happiest life.
